Editor note: Firm nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of green fruit,, prominent earthy and mineral notes, light floral traces. Juicy, slightly creamy, firm fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, vegetal, herbaceous and floral traces, persistent, excellent substnace, concentrated, good depth, prominent mineral notes, hint of elderflower in the background, still young, slightly creamy on a very good, compact, very juicy finish.
