, It was founded in 1984 by Konrad and Monika Schlör, who had previously delivered their grapes to the local cooperative. The vineyards cover five hectares of vineyards in the Reicholzheim single location ridge
, They are planted with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Black Riesling and Dornfelder, as well as with the white varieties Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Kerner and Bacchus. The white wines are fermented cool. The quality criteria for red wines are lowest yields, classic mash fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels for up to 18 months. The estate is a member of the Tauber-Edition (TE) association and since the beginning of 2010 in VDP
