Vegetal nose, delicate yeasty notes, light nutty notes, hint of bacon, tart yellow fruit, light earthy notes. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal as well as light nutty and yeasty notes, restrained light oak, elegant, fairly lively acidity, good persistence, noticeable high alcohol, salty mineral notes, very light floral touch, light bite on a very good, sweetish, creamy, juicy, alcoholic finish.
