Firm, fairly tart nose, light nutty notes, ripe yellow fruit, hint of celery, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, lively, very juicy and fairly cool fruit on the palate, ripe and juicy, some sugar candy, yeasty notes, nutty traces, lively, very elegant acidity, delicately sweetish and creamy, salty and chalky notes in the background, herbaceous and floral traces, still young, very good finish.
