2004 Kamptal Riesling trocken Tradition, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Some signs of maturity on the nose, mineral notes and tobacco, partly dried peaches and apples, notes of dried herbs. Restrained citrus fruit, cool vegetal notes and elegant acidity with good presence, mineral notes on the palate, quite a piquant style, unfortunately also has the tart phenolic notes characteristic of the vintage, not particularly deep, attractive to good finish.
