2005 Kamptal Riesling trocken Tradition, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Delicate maturation notes on the nose, peaches and some melon, floral and nutty notes. Medium-bodied clear stone fruit on the palate, again fairly mature, persistent, apples and herbaceous notes, vegetal notes in the background, appears slightly more light-bodied than it really is, fairly prominent, integrated, polished acidity, has some substance, also a light tannic touch, hint of pear on an attractive to good finish. Very traditional style.
