2009 Kamptal DAC Riesling Reserve trocken "Tradition", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm, fairly mature nose, light vegetal notes and dried herbs, yellow fruit, prominent earthy and mineral notes in the background. Firm and juicy on the palate, ripe, again fairly mature fruit, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, earthy and mineral notes, sweetish and creamy, persistent and has some depth,, very harmonious, elegant acidity, fairly compact, very good finish. Shows real class.
