Quite firm, almost cool, relatively bright yellow-fruity scent with fine vegetal aromas. Ripe, melting, then also rather warm fruit, moderate acidity, vegetal and very slightly nutty tones, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, has power, some depth, tart mineral hints, quite firm structure, very good, tart finish with slightly noticeable alcohol. Not quite as strong as in its youth, but still very good.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, zart nussiger und holziger, auch kräuteriger und fein-vegetabiler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einer Spur hellen Tabaks und viel erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Saftige, wiederum fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, feine vegetabile und etwas kandiert-kräuterige Würze, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, gute Tiefe, hat Kraft und Substanz, aber nicht die Geringste Schwere, tabakige Nuancen, viel erdige Mineralik, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
