Somewhat developed, a touch muted, herbal-vegetable and slightly vegetal, a little reminiscent of avocado with calm, slightly warm stone and stone fruit aromas, some candy and floral aromas. Ripe, juicy, tightly knitted fruit, herbal-vegetable, yeasty, slightly nutty and hints of floral tones, fine, quite lively acidity, lots of grip of crumbly tannin, persistent and dense on the palate, good depth, intense minerality, delicate sweetness in the background, candy nuances, very good to long, firm, juicy, slightly herbal-spicy, yeasty and again emphatically mineral finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Ziemlich fester, gelbfruchtiger und tabakiger Duft mit feinen vegetabilen bis kräuterigen Aromen, floralen Spuren, ein wenig Gewürzen (vor allem Piment) sowie deutlicher Mineralik. Auch im Mund fest gewirkt, ungemein saftige, reife, teils kandierte Frucht mit gewürzigen und kräuterigen Nuancen, lebendige, sehr feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dicht und tief, erst eine recht expressive Aromatik, die mit Luft aber immer harmonischer wird, intensive Mineralik, viel Griff und feiner Biss, gute Tiefe, noch jung, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, sehr saftiger und feinwürziger Abgang. Großartig.
