Firm nose, still quite shy, prominent vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, cool yellow fruit with some pomaceous fruit, floral traces, white pepper, yeasty traces, fried fish skin and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy but still somewhat closed fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and prominent yeasty aromas, touch of blanched nuts, fairly prominent and fairly elegant acidity, noticeable tannic gripm floral traces, very delicately sweetish and creamy, but also has firm bite, some depth. persistent, still largely undeveloped, hint of dark berries and tobacco on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
