Ripe, juicy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, light nutty and fairly prominent peppery notes, dried herbs, some bay leaf and juniper, persistent and concentrate, elegant, lively acidity, intense earthy and slightly salty mineral notes, persistent, polished, hint of black berries in the background, prominent bamboo shoots, full-bodied, firm grip, very good, long, elegant, juicy finish.
