2015 Kamptal DAC Ried Lamm Grüner Veltliner trocken Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm, cool, subtle, deep nose, Prominent vegetal notes, touch of dried flowers, earthy and light nutty notes, yellow fruit, some root vegetables, prominent mineral notes, hint of curcuma. Ripe, fairly juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, persistent, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, hint of white pepper, prominent yeasty notes, still very young and undeveloped, light tannic grip, has some depth, quite complex, compact structure, very good, long finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
