Editor note: Firm, fairly deep nose, still slightly yeasty, prominent vegetal notes, ripe yellow fruit, herbaceous notes, floral and peppery traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, herbaceous, light nutty and prominent mineral notes, hint of white pepper, concentrated, deep and persistent, still undeveloped, hint of smoked bacon in the background, reined-in power, clear contours, elegant bite, very good, firm, juicy, herbaceous, mineral finish.
