Herbal-vegetal and somewhat mineral nose with yellow fruity and delicate floral notes. Lean, not completely dry fruit with lively acidity and tart herbal and earthy notes, a little salt in the background, still yeasty traces, some persistence, a touch of tannin, decent to good, relatively tart finish
