2017 Spätlese VDP.Gutswein, Bouquet-Traube, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cooler, smoky, with vegetal to herbaceous notes and a hint of bacon, yellow fruit and a hint of black berries and sage. Youthful, quite sweetish fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, prominent green and vegetal notes, delicate floral and some mushy notes on the palate, fairly persistent, hint of mint and salty notes in a fairly good, again sweetish finish.
