Tart, very slightly reductive, quite firm, herbal and mineral citrus scent with yeasty notes and hints of yellow spice. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit with fine acidity and some grip, very slightly sweet on the palate, good persistence, some warmth, candy tones, preserved apricots, dried-herbal to herbal aromas and a hint of pepper, minerality in the background, very good, firm, juicy and quite grippy finish with candy notes and some warmth
