Translate to English Recht fester, noch unentwickelter, fein-vegetabiler und kräuteriger Duft mit eher hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Ganz trockene Frucht mit pflanzlichen und wieder deutlich mineralischen Tönen, recht lebendige Säure, merklicher Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ziemlich präsente Mineralik, an Salatgurken erinnernde, frische vegetabile Töne, auch kräuterige Nuancen, sehr guter, straffer Abgang. Muss noch ein wenig reifen.
