Translate to English Leicht käsige Gäraromen in der kräuterigen und angedeutet mineralischen, gedeckten Kernobstnase. Feste, dabei weiche, eingemachte Steinobst- und Apfelfrucht, dazu herbe Kräuter, etwas Melone und Anklänge an Aprikosen, passende Säure, hat gewisse Kraft und wiederum etwas Mineralität, ganz leicht rau, bitterlich und grün-kräuterig im guten Abgang.
