Harmonisch und fast schmeichelnd, zart cremige Süße, glasklare Frucht nach kandierten und eingemachten Aprikosen, Anklänge an karamellisierte Äpfel, kräuterig und zart gewürzig, geschliffene, eingebundene Säure, gut balanciert, recht elegant, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
