Translate to English Herber, etwas nussiger, erdiger und holziger Duft mit eher zurückhaltenden Beerentönen, ein wenig Speck, Kräutern, angedeutet Pfeffer und pilzigen Noten. Reife, saftige, gest gewirkte Frucht mit leicht rauchigen Holznoten, wieder Pfeffer und auch kräuterigen Nuancen, zart pilzig am Gaumen, feinsandiges, reifes Tannin und gewisser Säurebiss, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, salzige Mineralik, mittlere Kraft, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und gewürziger Abgang.
