Preserved pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, prominent peppery notes, vegetal motes, herbs and spices, mineral notes. Clear, tranquil and dry on the palate, elegant fruit, prominent spice, vegetal notes, some pepper and light mineral notes, very elegant acidity, slightly persistent, quite an elegant style, refreshing, quite a good finish.
