Translate to English Kühle, pflanzliche bis kräuterige Zitrusnase mit eher herben Apfelnoten sowie erdigen bis mineralischen Anklängen. Reife, süßlich-schmelzige und etwas ölige Frucht im Mund, sehr feine Säure, Noten von teils kandierten Kräutern sowie grün-vegetabile Aromen am Gaumen, Kraft und gute Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Töne, im Hintergrund recht deutliche Mineralik, Zuckerschoten und Wurzelgemüse, noch jung, sehr guter, wieder ziemlich schmelziger und süßlicher Abgang mit vegetabiler und öliger Würze.
