Today the company consists of two branches of business, viniculture and a connected restaurant. It is led by Brigitte Schneiderfritz, as butler is Dipl. Ing (FH) Martin Schneiderfritz, for marketing and the restaurant is Michael Schneiderfritz responsible. The vineyards include by taking over the neighboring company in 2013 now 13.4 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Rosenberg, Sauschwänzel and Venusbuckel (Billigheim), stone bite (Appenhofen), Pfaffenberg (Ingenheim), almond path (Rohrbach) and Mütterle (Wollmesheim). They are planted with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder, Dornfelder, dark fields and Portuguese, and the white varieties Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer.

The philosophy is: Best quality and typicity, always looking for improvements - detached from short-lived trends . The quality pyramid consists of three lines. The "Gray Line" forms the basis, the "Red Line" includes wines from traditional grape varieties with some layer information and the "Black Line" with the Spitzengewächsen from some very old vineyards best locations with a maximum of 5,000 l / ha yield. For the white wines is largely a reductive expansion in steel tank, with spontaneous fermentation and Barrique use is experimented. The red wines are generally mashed. The Pinot Noir is aged in large oak barrels and sometimes up to 24 months in oak barrels.
