cool, fairly polished nose, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, hint of dark berries, green vegetal and floral notes, olight lactic and volatile notes. Fairly light-bodied and very sweet fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, floral traces, hint of dried fruit, touch of vanilla, green vegetal traces, good persistence, hint of white bread in the background, yeasty amd salty traces, not particularly deep, good to very good finish. Has improved significantly since the first tasting.
