2014 Eisenberg DAC Blaufränkisch trocken Pur, Burgenland, Austria

Translate to English Leicht säuerlicher, rauchig-speckiger, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger und ein wenig animalischer Duft nach schwarzen Beeren mit Kirschnoten, Lorbeer und Wacholder. Herb-saftige dunkle Frucht im Mund, leicht nussige und deutlich getrocknet-vegetabile bis kräuterige Aromen, etwas Lakritz, ein Hauch Granatapfel, feinsandiges, jugendliches, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, merklicher Säurebiss, wieder Lorbeer und Wacholder, nussige holzige Anklänge, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter Abgang.
