The classic white wines are fermented under temperature control in stainless steel tanks. This includes, for example, the " Hammer". The selection wines are developed according to international styles with barriques and malolactics. The red wines mature for at least one year in large wooden barrels or the premium wines for 16 or 24 months in barriques. An ice wine is also pressed in suitable years. The annual production is around 300 hl. A red wine liqueur is also produced.
