Translate to English Fester, ziemlich mineralischer Melonen-Apfelduft mit zart gemüsigen Anklängen. Ruhig und ziemlich schmelzig im Mund, pflanzliche und ganz leicht laktische Töne, sehr verhaltene Säure, mineralisch am Gaumen, mittelkräftig, feinwürziger, relativ langer Abgang. Fast etwas zu ruhig und aufgrund der geringen Säure ein wenig zur Breite neigend. Entwickelt sich aber möglicherweise positiv.
