Firm, clearly vegetal aroma with quite fine pome fruit notes as well as nutty and smoky traces. Clear, firm, tart fruit, again fine vegetable flavours, polished acidity, delicate grip, dense and persistent on the palate, delicate smoky nuances in the background, light minerality, good depth, has a certain mellowness, but also tension, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish, again with delicate smoky and clearly vegetable spice.

Editor note: Youthful nose, delicate yeasty and light vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit, herbaceous and floral notes, nutty traces, hint of bacon, mineral notes. Firm, undeveloped, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, hint of bacon, elegant acidity, has substance and grip, good persistence, delicate hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes, excellent depth, firm core, clear contours, peppery spice on a very good, fairly firm tart, juicy finish.
