Tart, fairly cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained light yellow fruit aromas, delicate hint of mushrooms, earthyand light chalky notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, delicate nuttyand yeasty notes, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, slightly sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, earthy and chalky mineral notes, veryslightly muted on a good to very good, very slightly sweetish finish.
