2018 Thüngersheim Johannisberg Spätburgunder VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Rather polished, almost cool fragrance of predominantly red and a little black berries with moderately woody as well as earthy-mineral and mushroom aromas. Clear, finely juicy, polished fruit, slightly nutty and hinted roasted wood, fine tannin and some acid bite, certain persistence, spicy tones, salt in the background, again a hint of mushrooms, very good, clear, quite juicy and wteas spicy finish
