2015 Zell Klosterstück Spätburgunder trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat dried-vegetable, slightly old woody and earthy aroma of black rather than red berries with tobacco notes. Quite juicy fruit with sooty-roasty and earthy notes, a little minty herbal tones and spicy traces, fine acidity, rather crumbly tannin, very slightly bacony on the palate, good persistence, a little pomegranate juice in the background, has bite, salty hints, very good finish
