Translate to English Fester, ein wenig rauchiger sowie deutlich kräuterig-vegetabiler und nussiger Duft nach reifen Zitrusfrüchten mit etwas exotischen Fruchtnoten, angedeutet Pfeffer und mineralischen Nuancen. Reife, schmelzige, dabei ganz trockene Frucht, nussiges, fast ein wenig süßliches Holz, feine, lebendige Säure, helle Nüsse und Rauch am Gaumen, speckige Nuancen, im Hintergrund erdige und salzige Noten, moderater Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Petersilie, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter, recht saftiger Abgang mit herben holzigen und tabakigen Noten sowie gewisser Alkoholwärme. Muss reifen.
