2017 Zellertal Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, peppery traces, yellow and some green fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, floral and mineral traces. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light nuttyoak, light yeasty and herbaceous notes, some peppery and floral traces, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, good persistence, still very slightly muted, light mineral notes, delicately sweetish and creamy, good to very good finish.
