Fairly firm nose, delicate nutty notes, fairly tart yellow fruit, light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, floral traces, mineral notes. Ripe, tart fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, moderate acidity, hint of bacon, light tannic grip, some depth, fairly prominent mineral notes, still young, very good, firm finish.
