2018 Zellertal Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Light white and yellow fruit aromas on the nose, nutty and yeasty notes, light earthy and floral notes. Fairly firm, slightly juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, hint of red berries, good persistence, slightly spicy, mineral notes in the background, mineral and yeasty notes on a good to very good finish.
