2017 Königsbach Ölberg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Astringent, a little open, nutty, slightly woody, yeasty and earthy fragrance with yellow fruity and a little yellow-spicy aromas, a hint of bacon, dried mushrooms and earthy minerality. Also in the mouth tart fruit, a little covered, fine acidity, nutty, earthy, delicately yeasty and woody notes, good substance and persistence, a trace of rough on the palate, clear minerality, bacon nuances and hinted butter, a little vegetable, very good, quite firm, only slightly covered again and again also buttery finish
