Firm, tart, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, smoky, spicy oak, hint of bacon, salty traces in the background, light vegetal, herbaceous and peppery notes, fairly prominent, slightly astringent tannins, still largely undeveloped, firm structure, some depth, more dried vegetal notes, smoked bacon and peppery traces on a very good, tart, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
