Translate to English Fester, etwas vegetabiler und hefiger, auch deutlich mineralischer Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit gelb-gewürzigen Noten, Holunder, Honig und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, feste, weitgehend trockene Frucht, hefige Aromen, sehr feine Säure, erdige Mineralik und nussige Spuren, hat Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, recht fester Bau, hat gewisse Kraft, bleibt dabei aber kühl, verhältnismäßig ruhiger Stil, angedeutet gelbe Würze, sehr guter, fester Abgang mit frisch-buttrigen Beitönen.
