2015 Ried Kreimelberg Roter Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm nose, herbaceous notes, hint of bacon and some yellow spice, tart yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms, root vegetables, floral traces, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and floral notes, some yellow spice, integrated tannins and acidity, noticeable high alcohol, hint of red berries, hint of bacon and pepepry traces in the background, good to very good, alcoholic finish.
