Firm, tart nose, prominent vegetal notes reminiscent of artichokes, some yellow spice, yellow fruit aromas, light yeasty and nutty notes, hint of tobacco. Ripe, warm, partly candied fruit on the palate, some yellow spice, nutty aromas, some butter caramel, peppery notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins, full-bodied and creamy, hint of smoked bacon, light vegetal notes, still young, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of tobacco, very good, creamy, spicy, alcoholic finish.
