Klare, kühle und feinsaftige, ganz trockene Frucht, hefige, pflanzliche bis kräuterige und florale Aromen, etwas Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, feine, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, helle Mineralik, speckige Nuancen, noch völlig unentwickelt, auch im sehr guten, festen Abgang noch hefegeprägt.
