2015 Windesheim Rosenberg Spätburgunder trocken R, Nahe, Germany

Clear, polished, a touch of bacon and mushy nose, red and a little black berries, hint of herbs and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, quite polished fruit with nutty spicy oak and some cocoa, fine sandy, predominantly mature tannins, persistent, light bite, some depth, more mineral notes in the background, mushroomy nuances and a hint of parsley, very good, elegantly juicy, quite polished Departure with smoky and salty notes.
