Prominent green vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, some juniper, dried floral traces. Cool, tart fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes reminiscent of parsley, lively acidity, light tannic grip, light earthy and mineral notes in the backgorund, good persistence, good to very good tart finish.
