The winery is located in the middle of vineyards in the Lower Austrian municipality of Gösing am Wagram in the Wagram wine-growing region. In addition to viticulture, the farm also includes around 35 hectares of farmland, 10 hectares of forest & biotopes and orchard trees. A few Krainer Stein sheep (rare breed of sheep) and chickens are also part of the inventory. Daniela Vigne, Toni Söllner, brother Reinhard Söllner, Julian Vigne, parents Margareta & Anton Söllner sen., Aurelia and Bogdan Kordyl and harvesting helpers cultivate the land together. The family is one of the "organic pioneers" on the Wagram, as organic farming has been practised since 1994. The circle as a minimalised symbol for the sun is the logo of the farm and stands for the cycle of life as well as the motto: "everything turns and moves".

The vineyards cover 17 hectares of vineyards on Hengstberg, Berg Eisenhut, Fumberg and Goldberg, as well as the Weelfelj, Vordere Täler and Bründlgraben vineyards on terraces and slopes at 250 to 350 metres above sea level. They are 90% planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, Riesling, Muskateller and Müller-Thurgau, and 10% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Merlot and Blaufränkisch. The leading variety Roter Veltliner has been cultivated for generations and since 1989 has been vinified as the first single-varietal vineyard in Wagram. New plants were grown from ancient vines with small and loose grapes and replanted on the Eisenhut hill and in the Vordere Täler. Since the 2011 vintage, the ripest Roter Veltliner grapes have been fermented in stoneware vats, partly on the mash or also classically, further vinified and then bottled in equivalent stoneware bottles to - "earthen" Roter Veltliner in stoneware.

The vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of biodynamic viticulture. This includes, among other things, the targeted cover crop sowing of legumes and herbs, the growing of wild herbs and grasses, and the renunciation of synthetic mineral fertilisers and pesticides. Since 2004, biodynamic preparations have been used and the compost made from marc, horse manure and sheep dung is "refined" with the preparations.

The white wines are fermented slowly with the vineyard's own yeasts spontaneously in different sized oak or robinia barrels, stoneware and stainless steel tanks, depending on the type of wine or grape variety, and are matured for longer on the fine lees before bottling. In addition to the main varieties Grüner Veltliner and Roter Veltliner, the product range includes a light, fruit-driven Riesling, a summer white wine cuvée (Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Muskateller) and, as a speciality, the red wine Oibelos (mainly Blauer Zweigelt), which is matured in oak barrels for at least two years after up to three weeks of maceration and biological acid reduction. Oibelos comes from Celtic mythology and means fire or sunny side. A "Cool Climate" Pinot Noir rounds off the range. Around 100,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. In addition, noble brandies, fruit ripenings, grape juice and bottle-fermented Riesling sparkling wine are also produced.
