Editor note: Delicate nutty and vegetal notes 9on the nose, restrained, light pomaceous fruit, yeasty traces, light mineral notes, floral traces. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, still slightlyyeasty, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide light grip, good persistence, dried herbs, vegetal traces in the bakcground, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, sweetish notes, hint of vanilla, touch of red berries, good to very good sweetish, creamy finish.
Best to drink: To 2021+
