fairly cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, delicate earthy traces, hint of bacon. Tranquil, restrained fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, salty and herbaceous traces, good persistence, straightforward, elegant style, fairly firm mineral foundation, light grip, some depth, very good cool, elegant, juicy, minerally finish. As a result of its restrained style, it takes some time to realize what it has to offer.
