2015 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken "Hades", Württemberg, Germany

Some ashes and earthy notes on the nose, dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, black berries, dried flowers, prominent animal notes, noticeable high alcohol. Ripe dark fruit on the palate, toasted, slightly sooty oak, fairly prominent, slightly astringent tannins, good substance and persistence, more noticeable high alcohol, dried vegetal notes in the background, touch of dark chocolate, not particularly deep, slightly brittle, good to very good alcoholic finish.
