Auch im Mund trotz der Süße recht straff, Frucht von kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und etwas Steinobst, dazu kräuterig mit einer Spur von grünem Paprika, präsente, geschliffene Säure, hat Rückgrat, braucht etwas Zeit, guter Abgang.
