Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, etwas speckiger, an Wirsing erinnernder und auch leicht erdiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten, Pfeffer, Wurzelgemüse und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige und schmelzige Frucht mit kräuterigen und pfeffrig-gewürzigen Aromen, nachhaltig und kräftig am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure und moderater, mürber Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Kandis, auch Salbei, gewisse Wärme, salzige mineralische und leicht florale Anklänge, hat Griff, sehr guter Abgang mit erdigen Noten und leicht spürbarem Alkohol.
