2014 Randersacker Ewig-Leben Spätlese trocken "1743 BS/N Cuvée", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Mature nose, oak and undergrowth, black and a few red berries, earthy notes. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, spicy oak, earthy and dried vegetal notes, peppery traces, smoky traces, veryslightly brittle tannins, noticeable, but fairly well integrated alcohol, good, tart finish.
